During the Christmas season we are often asked how to get mistletoe to grow on apple trees. The key is starting with ripe berries of mistletoe that is already growing on, or has been harvested from, apple trees.

To give you a good chance of getting mistletoe to grow on your apple trees we supply a “Grow your Own Mistletoe Kit”.  These kits are available from mid-January to early March and make great gifts for:

Dydd Santes Dwynwen/St Dwynwen’s Day (25 January),

St Valentine's Day (14 February) and

Gwyl Dewi Sant/St David’s Day (1 March).

Each kit contains full instructions and a choice of 20, 40 or 60 ripe mistletoe berries.
